By accessing or using stellarhorn.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

About Stellar Horn Group

Stellar Horn Group ("we", "us", or "our") provides Fractional CIO services, IT advisory, and technology project leadership. The Site is provided as a resource for prospective clients, current clients, and the broader community of leaders interested in executive technology guidance.

Use of the site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and:

• Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, any account, or any system or network connected to the Site.
• Not to interfere with the Site or any other user's use of it.
• Not to scrape, copy, or harvest content for republication without written permission.
• Not to submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through any form on the Site.

Content and intellectual property

All written content, design, branding, images, and code on the Site are owned by Stellar Horn Group unless otherwise indicated. You may share links to pages on the Site and quote brief excerpts for non-commercial purposes with attribution. You may not republish content in full or use it commercially without our written permission.

Quotes from third parties (LinkedIn recommendations, podcast guests, etc.) remain the intellectual property of their respective authors and are used with their permission or in line with platform terms.

No professional or legal advice

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. Engaging Stellar Horn Group for advisory or Fractional CIO services requires a separate written agreement that governs the relationship between us.

Forms, communications, and bookings

When you submit a form, book a consultation, or otherwise communicate with us through the Site, you authorize us to respond to you via the channels you provided (email, phone, video). Submitting a form does not by itself create a business or contractual relationship.

Third-party links and services

The Site links to and embeds third-party services including YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, LinkedIn, Google Calendar, and others. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, terms, or privacy practices of those third parties.
